She's the head librarian at the hellish home for the most terrifying tomes in existence, The Library of The Damned!
She knows the entire collection by heart, and can conjure any of its volumes into existence, regardless of her location or distance from the library.
The one exception is 'The Book of Shadows', which is currently "lost and unaccounted for".
As a Horror Host, she can sometimes be found in The House of Fears www.deviantart.com/legacyheroc… , reading aloud some torturous tale to help the house "sleep", she says.
Reba Mortis was created and introduced in 2017, and has made sporadic appearances since.
