A small animation of Miss Iku from the touhou series
I love how she summons lighting bye going that disco looking thing. I think this turned out really well! I'm not sure what speed to set the animation because my compy loads it slow while DA loads it fast so I dont know which one is how it actually looks. Please do give your thoughts, if you dont mind. 
This is my second deviation. I dont have many watchers so if you watch me or show some one my art it's very much appreciated! Thank you! ~stay frosty

Thank you! It took me a few hours for the coloring alone, I used FN and GIMP.
