All right, I guess I'll upload it. It's not all that bad.
I had done a Lugia pen doodle during my life drawing class and liked it so much that I copied it onto Photoshop to do something really simple there. Yay for feathers.

As my favorite pokΓ©mon of all time, this greatly pleases me and is so beautiful. The texture, anatomy, and pose is all so amazing!! I like how you made him (or it) look ready to strike or just trying to size up with a wonderfully drawn serpentine neck. Honestly, I don't really care if Lugia is feathery or not: he's Lugia. He's beautiful.

It's how I picture Lugia, some people picture him with dragon wings and that's fine, or even different style feathers. The way I picture them I didn't quite visualize it well here, but it's close to the standard wing shape and keeping that thumb feather that is kind of a trademark.
I don't know how you see him, everyone sees him different (which is awesome), it's just how I view him.

I've drawn feathered Lugia long time ago, but still, I preffer him as featherless, dinosaur-like pokemon.
