Description
This was the SpecOps Commander, Half-Jaw. One who is known to be the only survivor of the Arbiter's fleet during his failure on Alpha Halo. He forgave the Arbiter for his failure and eventually met up with him and the Humans on Earth shortly after the Flood arrive and so the Elites alliance with the humans. Though a fragile alliance, it still worked out in the end and together, the two races along with the Sentinals fought the Brutes at the Ark and Flood and then returned to Sanghelios shortly after the war was won. The Elites paid their respects to the humans that had died in the battle before leaving.
