Titano is one of fave kaiju, i really love this guy. if i could only bump into one kaiju titano would be it. he's a a total sweet heart.

According the only film he appeared in, Titanosaurus isn't normally aggressive. He's actually quite peaceful, granted he isn't under mind control.

Not particularly. Both Battra and Rodan seem to be that for me. I take the term 'sweetheart' as an observation of personality over appearance.
Doesn't help that Titano's roar was used for Phantoon in Super Metroid and that's one of the creepiest bosses in the game.

I came across a gijinka picture of Rodan a while ago, which led him to becoming one of my favorite kaiju. In fact, that picture inspired my in-progress humanized Godzilla fic, Kaiju City.
Battra's a bit of a funny story. He's a giant demonic-looking moth but he intrigues me just as much as Rodan does.

Well, Rodan should be portrayed as a grumpy but insecure megane (glasses boy, since flight often associated with goggles) with a lost of someone he loves in the past. I know this maybe quite strange, but you can get some inspiration of toho kaiju gijinka personalities from Free! or Kuroko no Basuke

This picture and others like from the artist make him come off more as a former loner who cares about his friends. My version of him has him dealing with survivor's guilt because a lot of daikaiju were wiped out in my story's past.
