Personalty : Mean, rude cares for herself and her friends. Spoiled. Acts innocent around others (Except for megaman and bass groups) Demanding.
Lilly is a perfume maker/tester type of robot created by professor Andrea wilten. They are one of the wealthiest family's in town. She wants elecman to be her boyfriend as she can try to control all the aspects of his life. Unfortunately he not interested in her at all. She insult mega and his sibling in any way possible just for elecman to date her. She also cruel to Willy's robots and tries to ruins both side life one way or another. She also insults anyone that she see but tries to make sure it not loud for anyone to hear.

Considering that she a perfume maker. She make either really good types of perfume or really bad ones and they are really expensive. Also team megaman or willy group can't sue or her professor will sue them and win the law suit.
