How scenes and poses you have? It's very tiring on how to pose stuff. It tells you on the picture and character refs.

Plenty of scenes and poses but i'm still practicing especially getting through the glitches i get with extreme busty characters like Koya. It takes some practice with IK Rig which helps movement and body pose cause without it, be harder than you think.
