Result of another stream, kinda. I stopped at lineart and coloured it off-stream.

So WithinATragedy wondered do smoking charas use Dimka's fire powers to light their cigarettes, and the answer is yes, of course they do. Except he doesn't really like it. XD I mean, Kas is aware of it, he's just being a jerk.

Tsubasa throwing water on Dimitri was kind of a running joke a while ago, so this was a perfect opportunity to bring it back. Don't ask how he set himself on fire in the first place, please... >__>; Also, don't worry, he'll be fine.
