Haven't made one of these in awhile so here's another one of my favorite characters.Shame they didn't bring him back in the universal survival arc, he would've fit in much better than say Master Roshi but then again Roshi hasn't fought ever since Resurrection F.

Usually I would make a whole new submission for a revised sprite but this update only tweaked the original, not making major improvements or redrawing it entirely.
