her too huh? i know hte feeling. my legs got crippled in a split second from an arrythmia. the inflamation and oxygen deprivation destroyed my nerves and now i can no longer feel them. its good to know im not alone

I really love seeing images like this. real girls, fighting real battles, and staying beautiful during the fight.
I'm fighting my own battle with my knees. Currently after 5 failed surgeries, and barley 23 years old, I have to use a cane almost all the time, and my knees are just getting worse.
Seeing pictures like the ones in your gallery really makes me feel encouraged and empowered. If they can do all that and still look sexy, then surely I can survive too.

She looks at her leg, she knows that gradually she is losing the ability to use it just like her right leg, now tightly embraced in metal and leather straps.
Not long ago she had to have a lumbar puncture, no risk the doctor said but she knew straight away as the needle touched her nerve that something was seriously wrong. The strength in her right leg began ebbing away until she could neither feel nor move it. They thought only her right leg might be affected but now she is losing the ability to move her left leg too.
Soon she will have to wear braces on both legs to get around.
