First he seems to be dead, then he is back again, just to be seemingly dead again, just to wake up again.
Oh, yeah... obviously G-cell regeneration. Awesome!
And he uses his atomic breath!
And when he kills the female Muto...
Awesome! Firing his breath into her mouth and burns her from inside!

Also the movie gaves an insight into the biology of the mutos.
For example their lifecycle, their mating calls, mating behaviour, EMP attack and even sexual dimorphism.
I was somehow surprised, when big G used his atomic breath, because he didn't use it for a while, until he... well...
used it. And THAT was so awesome!
