Just a funny little doodle I did in my sketchbook. I just edited it a little bit. Cyndaquil needs to work on controlling its flames around grass-types. Hehehe.
Side Note: Cyndaquil and Snivy kind of have the same type of nose don't they? Maybe they are cousins...
