Well, actually it's a mix of pencil-sketches and digital work, see, I usually sketch the pages first, then I scan them and trace them digitally using Photoshop and a really old and battered Genius tablet

I love the expression on Kakashi's face in the last panel and Iruka's in the middle two panels with him all embarrassed. You did such a nice job with those. ^.^
