Very well done. You may want to experiment with other media to expand your skills. I do like all your characters in here. In some of them the faces look a little unproportionate, so try to watch that. Every now and then back away from the picture. It really helps you see where you may need to make corrections. I added this to my favorite and I look forward to seeing your later work!

Great toning and wonderful hair highlighting, you might try some charcoal to get a deeper dark in the pits of the eyes and other selected areas. Well done

excellent shading once again - the shading on the nose esp. The detail in his hair is great as is the way you drew his hand.
