This is taken during the flood, which is pretty common, few times a year. The village at the distance gets cut off whenever there's a flood, because the roads are too low. At the summer this is field where people grow crops

Usually there isn't any damage, because all the houses are above flood level. But some people on the outskirts can litteraly catch a fish through the window or front door
And because of the flood, the fields are very fertile.
