This is part of a series of buff women you can meet when using the public transport.
The resident ticket inspector Nicky has a tendency to intimidate passengers who try to dodge the fare. When she catches someone she starts flexing her impressive biceps and warns them with a serious tone to never do this again, but then usually just lets it slide. Noone ever complained about her threatening mannerisms.
