Description After a long and tough battle, Moon decides to take her anger out on Lusamine, after the bad she did. She locked Lusamine's feet in stocks, and started by using Tranquil feathers to tickle torture the wicked villainess.

I haven't done a real tickle pic in a while, and this kind is what I wanted to do for a while. Though, I haven't seen Lusamine get tickle tortured earlier, so I chose do draw her again. Honestly, she deserved this part, and for good reasons.
