Hooray for blond fella! I love my nature guys And teh blondies I mentioned blonds twice, didn't I? >.<

This was a pretty spontaneous painting. There was lots of "I wanna put this here because f*ck you," and "Oh, I guess I'm doing this now," involved.

There are tree swallows and barn swallows here. I think the butterflies (the bigger ones) are blue morpho...? The little ones are sort of miscellaneous ones I just made up. I've never painted butterflies before Right--the flowers? I have know f'ing idea. I just tried to make them convincing without going off of reference--Good idea, right? No. No, it was not.
All in all, I'm very happy with this. Why wouldn't I be? It has Blondie le bew and some pretty lil swallows

This was done in watercolors and ink on a 5" x 10" piece o watercolor paper
