So for the past 8 months or so, my friend has been catching me up on Doctor Who & Torchwood. When I say catching up, I mean watching every single episode cause I'd never seen either before. (Warning: I've not yet seen End of Time or Children of Earth, so I'm ALMOST there.)

It took me a short while to really get into the show, but once I did, I was obsessed. I wept my eyes out in the season 2 finale and again in the season 4 finale. Stupid Bad Wolf Bay, you are just ASKING me to cry (although what happens with Donna afterward made me cry more).

This scene is heartbreaking, sweet, adorable, and perfect. Rose gets a happy ending, even though it wasn't the one she (or we) necessarily wanted. But it absolutely works
