Description
This is my new costume, Yoko from Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.Such a hard costume to do ;___; Oh yeah, it took me soooooo many hours...
Well, what can I say? My cosplay is not how I wanted, still has some things to be fixed, as the jacket that was very large. Ok, I lost weight but my seamstress went out on a trip and I could not ask her to fix my costume (I could not go to prove the costume because I was at college full time and she lives far from me, so she did everything based on what she measured). Although not perfect, I loved the results, especially the work it did. Days were spending working hard [and nights awake] and many things went wrong. I had to run from one side to another of my city, under the sun and rain but in the end I approved.
I hope you like, I will put pictures of my group of TTGL and keep telling you all the problems and secrets of this costume.

In fact they are not just one but 2 lenses together. I put a pure yellow below and a Honey above the Yellow one.
The brand of them are: SPECIAL HIDROCOLOR Yellow and DOLLY EYE BROWN. I got the yellow one in a brazilian site and the other in the internet, but I am sure that you can find similars at your country.
It's very uncomfortable using them in the beggining but You can get used to it.

Foi o Phoeni e o Akira que fizeram a parte dura, eu só fiz os detalhes de pintura =3 Mesmo assim eles ainda vão arrumar ele pq depois de pronto eu vi uns defeitos e pedi pra ajeitar

Cosplay sem pré-prova é TENSO. Mas ficou muito bonito, e agora você tem tempo para fazer ajustes, se isso te fizer satisfeita! ^_^

Mas no mais ele tá bem bom. O problema maior foi que choveu horrores aqui em BH e as costureiras ficaram sem luz por 2 dias. Ambas deixaram meu serviço pra última hora, eu não pude ir provar as coisas direito e foi foda. Sabe, vc entrega os tecidos com 2 meses de antecedência e a costureira decide fazer NA SEMANA do evento ;-;
Mas agora vai ser tudo ajustado com tempo e ai se elas deixaram pra última hora xD

Você acha que a Eureka foi como? XD Minha mãe ligou pra perguntar quando ia ser a prova, e ela "ah, eu ia te ligar justamente pra dizer que vou deixar pra fazer em agosto, estou muito lotada"... "Mas o evento é no começo de JULHO!"... "Nãããão, sério? De onde eu tirei setembro??? x_x Passa aqui na sexta, eu me viro". Felizmente a mulher é MUITO boa, mas tipo, provei na sexta, busquei no sábado, viajei pro AF na quarta. E eu tinha ido uns 40 dias antes lá, também. (ah, com o sapateiro foi a MESMA coisa, muito medo).

O meu sapateiro foi tenso pq a mulher q ia fazer a bota desistiu de última hora, então tive que arrumar outra pessoa. Não conhecia MAIS NINGUÉM, tive que ir na feira Hippie de BH pra achar alguém que topasse fazer. Dae eu pedi a bota pra quarta antes do evento pra eu poder pintar os foguinhos direito já que ele se recusou a costurá-los...ele me entregou na sexta A NOITE...véspera. E ainda tinha que pintar....;-;

Não é? Eu tb adorei, elas ficaram exatamente da cor que são sem a franja ficar caindo em cima delas. Acho que o laque que eu passei nelas funcionou xDDDD

Me and my friends did it. In fact, they made the most of the work, the work of man xD, the project at autocad, cut wood, put all the pieces together, sawed ... I made the easiest job: painting and details. They really did an amazing job!
