I have heard many times my watercoloring style is a bit weird... The reason why is that I never attended an art school and I just used watercolors how I thought was the right way to do. However seeing so many 'proper' watercolor pieces here on dA or even on insta made me wanna try it. So I gave it my best and decided to paint some kind of nature view, with 'normal' color layering and without outlines. I hope this japanese atmosphere looks good on it. I know it's not exactly what I was aiming for, but trying is what counts. I hope you ejoy! ^^P.S. I had a reference, but I can't seem to find it... if you saw it somewhere, just let me know so I can give credits!

You won't disappoint me. lol. The one you should prove yourself to is you. Just strive to be better than you were yesterday. Push through the times when you have artist's block. Keep going when you feel like you are drawing nothing but crap. Usually, that happens before a major breakthrough in your art. Practice what you CAN'T draw and keep drawing what you like. Listen to critiques and don't get offended. You can learn a lot and you can only stand to improve with the right attitude. I wish you luck and hope to see more cool artwork from you.
