Quite honestly, this all looks good and at least mostly realistic (yes, the hammer is off, but I think you've realized that.)
However... I must critique this. (you do have "advanced critique" turned on...)
The hand looks like it's in a really akward position- more like it's balancing the hammer loosely, not gripping it. Would anybody using a hammer really have a finger sticking out? No. The hand by itself looks good, the hammer by itself looks good. Fix both, and you've got yourself a winner. Until then... I'm sorry.

thanks for the critique!(really).... But this akward position reflexs the image i was trying to pass... like "I'm tired of holding this crap..." anyway thanks, in my next drawing i'm going to try harder to pass the idea i wanted!

Oh, okay. Looks good, though- those shadows are great! ( I always mess up on shadows... the values just don't like me. xD )
