Suo Tamaki of Ouran High School Host Club!!I just love his evil face it's so... endearing? Gotta love that boy xD So i was drawing from a screen shot from an episode, it's only simple but it came out nicely. For anyone who doesn't know OHSHC, you must watch it, it is incredibly hilarious!
