Description A Yona x Sandbar nextgen!

Terracotta
She/her

Terracotta is the daughter of Sandbar and Yona. She grew up living in Ponyville half the time, and Yakyakistan the other half, since her mother's work as diplomat often required her to be present in both countries for part of the year. Terra never really liked the cold, mostly since her coat couldn't grow out long enough to keep her warm in the snow and ice of Yakyakistan so she tended to perefer the time that her family stayed in Ponyville. She now lives in Ponyville full time, running a pottery shop as well as offering lessons to any creature that wants to learn. Her wares are known for their durability and natural beauty since she uses only natural coloring for her creations. Her father raised her with awareness of the environment and a love of nature, which carried over into her work, and she also uses traditional Yak patterns to connect with her heritage. The residents of Ponyville know her to be very kind and friendly, and is very laid back like her father. Terra is larger than the average pony, but much smaller than a typical yak but just as strong and sturdy. She also is the total mom friend.
It was a great surprise to everyone when Terra earned her cutiemark. She was messing with some clay and paints while waiting inside during a snowstorm for her mother to finish the negotiations, when suddenly her flank emitted a bright glow. She looked down and saw the mark on her flank...and became so excited that she ran out without her coat to show her mother, and caught a strong cold because of it. Terra has always had artistic talents, and with her mother being good friends with Rarity, and the family visiting her so often, beauty and design only came more natually to her.
