I've just finished reading Redwall by Brian Jaques, and I am now a total fan! I started to sketch out the scene where Matthias battles Asmodeus, and the viper's sketch turned out so well, I just couldn't keep myself from coloring it!Anyway, it's nowhere near finished, but I thought I'd post the viper's head for now. Hopefully I'll actually finish this piece.
(This isn't in fan art because since it's just a basic viper head, I didn't see the need to put it there.)

I read the books too! Me like Asmodeus, I think he should have been at the battle of Redwall, when Matthias fights CIuny. It would be cool to see Asmodeus and Cluny duke it out! hey! I can dream right!?!
