Description
This was the Queen of the Southern Federation of the Annunaki Commonwealth on Col'a Forla 87 million years ago. She was born during the Clan Wars, and raised in the southern Capital of Babylon. She was one of the few Annunaki/Nuran of that era to still be alive to the modern day.
When the Clan Wars ended, they needed a single leader, a King or Queen, one who could lead the still fractured Nurankind to a greater future, and maybe try to unify the Nuran more so than ever before. While Oriana Neoma was picked to be Queen of the Northern Republic, she was elected to lead the south continents, with Babylon as its core city.
She would become the Second Queen for the Annunaki Commonwealth after Oriana's disappearance.

Ballari was one of the most powerful and influential Nuran to date, she had unrivalled powers in Light and Dark, could fully connect with Cosmic Energy, and had telekinesis. She was also responsible for the usage of crystals in Nuran technology. She was the second to become a 'Hyper Nuran', a trait that all Nuran can now use, and she was the one who created a few of the traditions that the current Nuran Systems' Alliance still use. She was also an expert at manipulating people, something she would teach Hassara in the future.

She would also be Hassara's mother figure and someone who he'd confide in during his early years. She also shared the same view as the much younger Nuran, that Nurankind needed to change drastically if it was going to survive.
