Description
This is Hassara T'wa Abyss in the year 2420 at the start of the Red Sands Event. Based 31 years after the destructive Nuran Civil War, the fracturing of the Nuran Union, and the Shadow Condor Underworld vanishing from the Condor Galaxy.
Hassara, who's now 1,240 years old, is standing in Sky City on Planet Royllo, the new Capital World of the successor State to the SCU, which sits in a Globular Cluster that orbits the Cartwheel Galaxy.

For Hassara, it's been a hectic and rough 31 years. His once luscious blue hair now has thick pale roots due to overexerting himself and overusing Cosmic Power, he has black patches around his eyes due to stress and depression, his once colourful outfit is now monotone and grey, he's much slimmer, he's mentally and emotionally tired and damaged, and his right ear is scarred due to the Nuran Civil War. The effects of the Nuran Civil War, and the deaths of his Birth Mother and Adopted Mother, weigh heavily on his mind. The recent Battle Of Many Powers in the Triangulum Galaxy, and frequent run-ins with the omnipresent and omnipotent Twisted Ones, also affect him.
But he's also happy; Hassara's Family is growing, and all his precious people are safe and well.
Needless to say however, the Universe won't let Hassara remain dormant for very long. One can hope the cost of gaining his attention won't be too high.
