So fun fact, my first ever introduction to the Sonic franchise was actually Sonic Underground (I know someone is going to try and take my sonic fan card away for that XD) and I adore the siblings. So you can imagine how disappointed I was when they never showed up in the games or comics (except for once? IDK it's been a hot minute)

So in my AU there here to stay, though the backstory is a little different. Instead of being the children of the lost queen, the three of them were adopted by Uncle Chuck and guardian owl (From the sonic movie, name is in the works) when they were ten. Each being raised by different people until then. Only becoming separated again when Eggman attacked green hills when their fifteen and the same story goes on. Sonic defeats Eggman and the three are reunited again.

Obviously Sonic is still the hero, but all three work for the freedom fighters, with there own teams.
Quick tid bits:
Manic:
-Was raised by a guild of thieves until Chuck found him.
-Is still a master thief and has a small rivalry with Rouge
- Is demi-sexual and has a huge crush on Amy. And I mean a huge crush.
-While Sonia has her spin attack, and Sonic his speed, Manic has his strength.
- His team consist of Mina Mongoose and Jerod the Raccoon. They tend to work in the underground/ rock scenes posing as a band.
- Obviously Manic Plays the drums.

Sonia:
-Was raised by a kind noble woman until she disappeared. Chuck found her before Eggman did and reunited her with her brother's.
-Sonia isn't as fast as her brother Sonic but does have a stronger spin dash than him. She also versed in hand to hand combat.
- Sonia is a lesbian, and has a thing for more stoic girls.
- Her team consist of her friend Mindy LaTour and Shade the Echidna. They mostly work on gathering info and as diplomates.

Sonic:
-Basically the same
-I headcanon him as Bi-sexual
