The face needs more definition, It's too difficult to try and make out what is going on. It's all eyes and lips. The hair is the same way, the image you chose for the background doesn't give any contrast for the hair to stand out. The text isn't incorporated very well either. I noticed this is an old piece though, so I am sure you have probably improved some.

He was and is still better than the current president, mind you. Clinton was just a little slicker and less stupid than Bush is. Naturally, he had his flaws and he did lots of dumb and wrong stuff, no denial here. But, if someone knows how to spend YOUR money then you should read into Bush's pasttime activities. He's wasting your hardearned taxpayers money on state of the art ranches in Texas.
Be careful what you say about Clinton. Bush is in no way better.
Good vector by the way, just a little plain. The background could be a bit darker and Clinton's face could use some more shade and depth.

anyway, can't say that i miss slick willy. he was entertaining, but he can do that on his own time. and with his own money.
this is good vector work, but could really use some more shadows and harder contrast. it looks pretty flat. also, just wondering.. why did you put the actual text "vector tribute" in the bg? seems odd.
pretty solid work though, and a sense of humor is nice to see.
