Last January my landlord had a gentleman from a lawn service come over to aerate the yard and clean the gutters, but he took it upon himself to trim my garden. He cut all the plants down to the base, leaving only my pine bush, and my new icicle plant. I cried. The guy said he was winterizing my garden. It did not recover last year. Only the lilies came back, but the flowers were distorted. My landlord gave me $500 credit on my rent.
