Hello everyone!
Thanks to my patrons I was able to create a fan art of a beautiful Yennefer from The Witcher book saga! We had decided that this colour scheme will suit her best.

This picture in full resolution, step-by-step and PSD are available as a part of January's rewards for my Patrons.

The "king" colour of this portrait, like also in almost all your other artworks, is dark-black.

Out atmosphere + dress + hair = dark world;
In atmosphere + skin = light world.

In the light part you use many shadows to design the breast and the neck, but also cheeks, nose and lips.
In the dark part instead, you wisely add only few and fast coloured lined, and it gives completly a different effect than the realism of the skin.

In this way the two realities, dark and light, create an interesting mix of styles but they both melt in two of the most important elements of a human face : the eyes and the lips. I think that this is  the reason because the face of the girl look so expressive and living

This is a masterpiece!

“Ignore those people who talk about you behind your back, that’s where they belong.”
                                                                                                                  - Yennefer of Vengerberg

Very beautiful!!
I like the detail on her clothing, medallion, and the detail on her face

But one critique I could make about her breast.
They look more like balls than breasts, try to make them more like tear drop
I had the same mistake with my drawing , I recommend you to watch www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6wdDN…

Very good
Great Job!!!

Thank you for your comment, and you're right that the breasts are falling down when unsupported. But you do know that something like push up exists, right? Take a look on the dresses with corsets - they often squeeze breasts to the point where they looked like two balls:s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/5…

Anyway, I understand that you man not like this look

It's just that she isn't wearing a corset

Well, I don't even know how to react to such statement. I was aiming for corset look

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

use0000 In reply to LenamoArt [2017-01-12 17:19:29 +0000 UTC]

This is a corset upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia…

Your Yennefer is wearing a dress without corset
Her dress is thin so it's impossible that she is wearing the corset beneath her dress

I am not trying to state that the painting is bad, it's just that I am to state that her dress would not make hear breast that form

Thank you

LenamoArt In reply to use0000 [2017-01-12 17:49:01 +0000 UTC]

Ugh. There is a lot of different kind of corsets. Here are other examples, more fitting to the one I've used:

s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/5…

Well, my painting skills may not be perfect, but I'll be grateful if you quit telling me that the thing I've painted on my version of Yen is not what I'm saying. It's getting annoying.
