my first guess is if it's not Raido, could he possibly be gaara? but I erase him immediately since I've seen no tattoo... so, it's not Hayate co'z he got longer hair... not too popular huh...? umm, he's so young looking compare to Genma but I really doubt it's Shino... the last candidate could only be.... is that really be, Ibisu-sensei? He's not very popular but I have read a couple of story about them... well usually when the story is Genma being a whore and bedded everyone including him... I also do remember reading something about them having quite a quiet serious affair but broken up in the end for reasons I can't really remember

I'm guessing Ebisu, because he's one of the only special jounin I know and his eye colour can be anyhting you want because he's always wearing glasses.
As always I just love the softness you use in your art. They may be battle hardened shinobi but they're still human underneath.
