Zeppelin are mostly just a Propaganda Weapon,the Zeppelin were never effective,because it's too big.
Unless you're using that zeppelin for suicide mission,because a Zeppelin Crash would be very very devastating.
but in some instances,Zeppelin would be Armored,this will make the Zeppelin to be heavier,perhaps that's why the Zeppelin were used.

yea,in the animation I think she's about 50 cm. Also in some illustration,from rebirth 1 where Neptune finally freed her she's quite small too.
But as a Playable Character in Rebirth 3,Histoire is still 117 cm
