I love the use of the different lanscapes in this! It's so creative! I never would have thought of the tornado tail! I love the lava on it's lips as well!

Sorry, but I didn't see your coat when I started (and even finished) my artwork. It was a commission of the "Natural Disaster" partnership in our version of Howrse. They asked me to draw a coat that depicts their name.
I'm surprized that you think that the idea of the nature elements coat is personal. Actually, it is the same as the idea of the 5 element horse.
On my pic a horse has a tornado-tail, which merges with the smoke from the volcano and turns into a cyclone. The idea is not new. And your coat can't pass rather because of the active usage of photo (more than just a reference), than because of the idea. Stroking a photo is prohibited by the rules, as I know.

You mean tracing - which I didnt do. I used a free lineart from kurakura008 - I dont know if she traced or heavily referenced the pose.
And I dont think a idea is personal, its just strange that its so similar to my own idea. My coat didnt get reported yet, it was just not enough votes. I got reported for one of my own coats and it got rejected for "missing permission" - which was very lol because I didnt use refs for that one XD

Sadly the lineart creator didnt had the ref on the picture, only in her forum. When I asked her If I can submit it to Howrse, she meant to
better look up your work here first. I readed the rules but I felt like asking anyways, I dont want to get into trouble as I usually dont use other peoples
linearts / stock pictures
