yes, rocket is just a different name for it^^
I just googled it and apparently one is the british name and the other one is the american? xD
I don't really know, cause I always call it Rucola (german version) but I remember seeing the name Rocket used in menus as a translation for it :3

Can confirm, My family went overseas onetime and the menu listed food with rocket and had no idea what the heck they were putting in our food and later we all agreed their word for it was way cooler than ours.
