That monster boar with a scarf playing a drum is so nice! The scorpion and that old guy come up 2nd...I also like the action poses you did in this one! Definitely a lot of variety in this bunch too...from very detailed to more simple stuff (those little skull heads are cute). Great work!

thanks! the boar with a scarf is the japanese god raijin [link] (mortal kombat completely ripped this off with raiden). he was known for banging drums to create thunder, so i gave him a modern snare drum

Awesome I hadn’t seen him before, yeah Japanese (and Chinese) mythologies had some of the neatest demons and gods for everything haha. Like there is a Chinese spirit who was responsible for smelly feet XD The way they drew all these details & flowy designs in sumi inks and rice papers really took skill and patience to create...same goes for India/Thailand art work actually (that stuffs nuts!).
