The diabolically devious Dr. Badwrench. A goofy rival for Lenny and their area in general. Unfortunately she's far too rich to be arrested. So she goes her days terrorizing the town. though most of her stuff is targeted at that little fox thing.Her name is actually based on the scrapped Eggman name that eventually turned into robotic. And she's even got the old robotnik eyes.
