To me it looks like from an anime and I forgot the name of it. It's about a girl who rides around on her bike wandering with no destination. Also where are her revolvers and why isn't the scooter saying anything.

I was about to ask the same thing. I'm gonna draw a big picture of her, but I'm not sure what kind of scooter to make it. I love yellow Vespa Supers ever since I saw FLCL.
I also wonder if the boots are based on any real boots in particular. I have this cool idea for the sole to be horseshoes.

Well, it could be blood. I just don't feel that blood fits as well with the tone of the picture as rust does.
Rust makes it feel more . . . vintage, whereas blood gives a whole new meaning to the "Dead End" sign.

She just doesn't have the right air about her for the detective line of work. It seems more romantic, drifting, than investigative.

Eleanor seems a romantic in more idea of being an idealist, fanciful, or at least wistful, a colourful character with all the shades of fall.
