I like this, but dash's cheek is a bit big, I think thats why the rest of the face looks weird. >w< I would also have made the tail a tad thicker... looks scrawny.
The shading is very pretty I have to say, and its a nice break from your usual style.

The tail should be that way, as high as she is in the clouds and wind blowing, narrowing at the start and expending at the end.

if art is sacrificing correctness for prettiness, then i guess i'm not doing art right; most of my characters are supposed to be ugly. and i want them to look that way. so, yeah. guess i don't do art then, huh?
