I used this. I didn't know it was a female character, though, because you can't really tell . . . . and because of this I used it for a male character. Anyway, here's what I did with it:

The head looks lopsided, there needs to be shading and the lines are too thick.

Im working on cheek bones and the curve of the temples on the face
but then instead of making a more realistic anime face, it looked chibi
so I didnt get a better anime tip, but at least I got a good cute chibi face that looks soooo cute >w<
