Description -Basics-
Name (nickname): Avery Grey (Dr. Grey)
Age: Looks like 32, he doesn't like to touch the topic
Gender: Male
Race: Human

-Physical details-
Height: 1:87 mt
Weight: 80 kg
Build: An average, tall man
Eyes: Brown
Skin: Very pale
Hair: Black, very short and pulled up
Defining features: None
Clothing: Always wears doctor robes. He doesn't seem to change them but they are always perfectly white and clean. Under the robes he wears blue jeans and a white, cotton shirt.

-Combat-
Weapons/Gear: Inside his bag, Grey carries a seemingly unlimited amount of medical stuff which may or may not come in handy in a fight. For weapons, he can use a 20 cm surgery scalpel or two machetes. He carries those in the bag.

Unusual abilities (rate relative power on 1-5 scale): Total control (Power 5): Dr. Grey has the unique ability of having total awareness to what happens inside his body and being able to control it.
For example, if he was to be in disadvantage in one moment of a fight, he could use his energy reserves(fat and sugar he ate before and didn't use), to gain the upper hand.
In addition, by being able to force his body to break his restrictions, he can exceed the normal human limits, by imposing an additional effort to the muscles and making the blood(so, therefore, the adrenaline), flow higher.
Of course, being the body a regulating machine, abuse of this power can bring consequences, and being Avery a doctor he wouldn't be doing stuff he knows could kill him.

Fighting Style: To make the best use of his abilities, Dr. Grey prefers to have a stage of reconnaissance before making an ideal strategy for his enemy. This stage could happen before or during the fight, but he wouldn't force his abilities if he wasn't sure they work against that enemy.
He uses tactics of hit-and-run frequently if he is overwhelmed by a superior opponent, and he isn't above hiding in order to save his life, but he always makes sure to be the one with the upper hand when he comes back.

-Personality-
Loves: To walk and watch new landscapes, climbing mountains, chemistry, maintaining habits.
Fears: Death, the inability to act when he really needs to, and natural disasters because they are out of his control.
Quirks (at least 5): Knows lots of languages.
Sometimes, he eats monstrous amounts of sweet thing.
While he travels, he usually entertains himself kicking stones. He knows it doesn't give him a very good image, but refuses to get a vehicle.
He isn't a social person, but he seems to care about people he doesn't know.
He has been seen on the roof of houses, stalking people.

-Backstory-
Original setting: A world very much like our own, the present. Even though the story doesn't start in this century.
History: The story of Dr. Grey is a very strange one, and comes from times and places where Alchemy wasn't a forgotten subject yet. Grey was once the greatest among them, so much that wise men along the world came to him, just to witness the wonders of his work in chemistry and biology. Certainly a great among the biggest, he suffered the inevitable fever that all of the wisest men would suffer among history.
He wanted knowledge at every cost, the ability to create, to know, to develop.
And also, like every other alchemist, he was cursed to follow a dream of unspeakable proportions: The eternal life.
The alchemist, whose original name isn't relevant to this story, was no fool, and knew that there was no thing like magic that lets you live forever, and if somebody was to be immortal, it would never come as a miracle, a fountain of youth or a random mixture of substances that would most likely result in poison. No, science was the only great power in the universe, and he knew it.
He studied and studied the nature of life and death, of youth and elderly, and he only knew one thing: one life was not enough to study it all.
He went mad, he started to develop various different potions, giving them to his students and admirers as means of experiments, he had fallen in a try/error stage that caused many victims.
Eventually, he understood: He could not force his body to be immortal, but he could tell his body that he wanted to keep living. The potion should be different. The potion should make him able to control his own body, to manipulate his functions, to give him those powers...
His next elixir was very different, it would make him superior, it would enhance his brain to unlimited proportions, to a point where he could give orders to his own body functions. He knew the risks he was taking, in how many ways he could die if he did the thing wrong. But he drank the elixir anyway.
Were to be a way to describe the feeling of infinite emotions and feeling going to one's body, asking for one order after another to one single, dubious mind, it would be confusion. Breaking the boundaries of the unconscious and dominating the whole body was too hard of a task, harder than any man should have to do. But the alchemist was no man no more, he knew he was immortal now, and as such, he had no limits.
For five days and five nights he didn't eat or sleep, he only got used to his new dimension of the world, like a blind man who suddenly gained vision and couldn't shut his eyes to rest them, he had to stay focused to dominate his new abilities, or he would either die or get insane.
With time he mastered his body and yes, he stopped his aging. But years passed, and as he didn't get old, people looked at him with strange eyes, and when everybody suspected the truth, that he had developed the elixir, he had to leave his town, use his knowledge to become an itinerant doctor and change his name to Avery Grey.
For centuries it has been like that, and it has become a life that Dr. Grey has come to like.
Along his very long way, he gained great knowledge and met the wisest teachers in the world, and he came to be aware that he had a great power that he could use as a favour for humankind. He realized it was selfish to try and use the elixir for himself. True, he wouldn't curse anybody else to suffer the pain he felt when he gained immortality, but he also obtained wonderful powers and had all the knowledge he wanted at hand. Why not help people with that? Things were going to change in his life...
Family: All dead
Friends: Doesn't have any
Reason for entering tournament: For starters, he can't allow the wish to fall in wrong hands. If he were to win, he will probably wish for the ability to create life.

He is smart, but not Charismatic

Important things about him:
1. He doesn't try to kill people if they aren't authentically bad, so before he decides what to do, he will make sure he knows something about his enemy.
2. He hides his competence under a veil, so his opponents can't realize he does have a plan.
3. He doesn't have friends, but he doesn't mind the company, anyway.
