DO NOT VIEW THIS PICTURE OR READ THIS DESCRIPTION IF YOU HAVE NOT SEEN “WRECK-IT RALPH” YET.Well after I drew King Candy, (HERE: [link] ) I decided naturally I should try and draw Turbo. But since there aren’t many clear stills of him, it was difficult to get reference. And I have to say that I can see why so many artists draw Turbo as being overly cute. ‘Cos drawing him creeped me out, a lot!
Of course I love this character, and despite the fact that Turbo is a lothesome little twat for the things he does. I can’t help but love him!!
SO much so that ATM I’m still writing the script for my “Top 20 Favourite villains” project. And Turbo grabs a very high spot 
Worth mentioning is that the reason I made the background blue is made to be a reference to the “turbo twins” who I also hope to draw in the not too distant future.

Patrick Stewart. Not a bad choice. And you did a good job with the storyboard. Personally my favourite choice for Shen's father is Benedict Cumberbatch.
By the by, I'm so sorry of I haven't been able to check out some deviation. I'm still in the process of sorting through the 3,000 odd deviations I need to see.

He's best known for playing Sherlock Holmes in the modern Sherlock series. He's also a good friend of gary Oldman's and they starred alongside eachother in Tinker Tailer Soldier Spy.

hum though I doubt it would be fair to ask Gary to play a young Shen, I like to imagine the oldest boy from Nanny McFee for Young Shen.. maybe...*it's been a long time since I saw that movie* and he's probably older now. -.- Come on Dreamworks and make this movie before the star actors get too grown or too busy to help you make a tail-load of money off your leading man! PLEASE!

Yes!! I totally imagined him!! he'd be great!! I can imagine either him or Atticus Shaffer (my fav child actor) playing a young/baby Shen. I know atticus is american, but the kid is incedible and Im sure he could do an impression of Gary if he wanted to/
As for a Teenage shen I could imagine him having Martin Freeman or Simon Bird.

Yup. That was Sherlock and Watson. I highly recommend the series. It's such an incredible funny and very intelligent series. So far there are only wo series, each series having three episodes, and each episode being an hour and a half long.
In fact, I won't give anything away, but the man villain of that series is right next to Lord Shen on my top 20. Whether he's higher or lower, I shall not say....

oh and I rewatched 'most' of your Lord Shen doumentary with a friend of mine the other day and she LOVED it and found it very imformative and liked/agreed with your own personal theories. It is bloody amazing. Also in my Vanellope drawing I'll be revealing another reason why I love her so much.
Ps I think she has the prettiest eyes I have ever seen on an animated character.

I saw your Vanelope drawning and I must say I AGREE. i was always "the different girl" in the school who the popular girls played with ( I´m going high (?) school next year I really hope I get to the school I want to : D) and even through I haven´t´"diagnosed" I still think I am a freak and wondered "why must I exist" Also she seems to be a strong girl role model (like "My " from the Moomin cartoons/books) which we definitely need more.
Also Vanellope is like a thrid sister for me (or fourth since she is the second fictional character I consider as a sister/role model)

Thank you so much. And yes, I felt very touched by this film and Vanellope is a great role model. In fact there is one point where she says “I’m not a Glitch, Taffyta! I just got Pixlexia, that’s all!” And I thought, “Wow! This is so realistic and totally connects with the audience! She isn’t some fairy-tale maiden, she seems much more real”
