A sketch I tried to do from a Ino Panel in this month's Shonen Jump, but it turned out rather craptastic IMO face is too full especially in the cheek areas the eyes are most definitely off center. Neck needs to be a lil more on the slender side as well. Practice proves to make the artist better is what they say so back to the board again....
