Description
This particular work was challenging and fun to do. The tenebrism is also called dramatic illumination, is a style of painting using very pronounced chiaroscuro, where there are violent contrasts of light and dark and darkness becomes a dominating feature of the image.The composition and lighting are based on a work of Caravaggio, the Baroque artist:

It really looks better further away, where the chiaroscuro is pronounced. I put it on full view, & noticed how sketchy it is.

This is really great work. I love how you so delicately brought Riku into the earthly realm, and made it seem so spiritual and authentic feeling through this art style. Both characters seem very at home in a surreal kind of place that almost feels like neutral ground.
