Nice adaptation.. One minor issue that a lot of themers seem to overlook though, is that there is no visual difference between checked and mixed checkboxes. In the normal Aero theme the checkbox has 5 states; unchecked of course is unchecked, checked is a checkmark, mixed is a small box similar to what this theme uses for checked, and then implicit and excluded which I don't see much.
If you could somehow make the checked and mixed states visually different that would be awesome, even something as simple as using a lighter color for mixed or darker color for checked..
