As a man who's seen his share of time travel incidents, allow me to clarify.
Each scenario where time travel was involved in Ben 10, it created alterations to the past, creating new futures for Ben. Any slight alterations in time travel can create an infinite number of possibilities, unless memories were erased, which didn't happen here.
Also I don't care for Ultimate Ben. No transformation at all, just giving him the abilities in his human form, kinda loses the concept of why Ben 10 was created, to show a human becoming an alien in an epic badass transformation

Well three of the Ben 10,000s here are the same man just slightly aged. the OS/Omniverse Ben 10K learned to lighten up and became more of a man that's balance of how Ben used to be and the man he became.
The thing is called the Bio-Omnitrix.
I have to admit there was a bit of in-consistency. Omniverse kinda made it, at least to me like there was some sexual tension between Ben and Kai when they met up again.
But yeah, Kai, I have to agree HOT DAMN!

There actually is a canon explanation to why Ben 10,000 changes in each show. Basically every time Ben interacts with his future counterpart it alters the timeline and changes his future. Which is why Kevin was his enemy in OS but he remained his friend in Omniverse. It's also why Ben 10,000 doesn't have the Ultimatrix but gained the Biominatrix from an unspecified event.

It was specified that the Omnitrix that he got at the end of Ultimate Alien that he uses through Omniverse is still fully functional, but he just got bored one day and used all of his smartest aliens to create the Biomnitrix on a whim. As Azmuth refers to it as Ben 10k's "Ridiculous Toy" meaning he did it purely for self satisfaction. We see during Grandpa Max's retirement party from the future that Ken wanted to wear the Omnitrix but he was grounded and was told to put it back where he found it.
