Oh! I don't know what to tell exactly but a lot of things xD
Like the skin, the eyes, the hair (It's more experimental I didn't find a good way to make the hair well for now), improve the look of the clothes, refined the facial features etc... You need help for what exactly? I have some tutorial videos that I could send you just tell me what you need in fisrt

Well, I make all those effects with Blender, I just fix the issues of model and modify the color range with this software.

Oh what kind of issues? because I have sometimes, some about clothes and I don't know how to remove that, lol for the color range in Blender it's just what I've discovered those last weeks I'm so bad xD

I mean sometimes when you removing doubles some polygons of a model can be disappear and make some hole on the body, it's been a while i didn't get that it's rare but i already seen it on different models and I never find a way to fix that

I was just asking which renderer do you use? there are V-ray and Yafa-ray ray for blender, as far as know c:

Blender only has "Blender Render" and "Cycles Render".
I think V-Ray is from 3DS MAX.
And I don't know where does the other come from.
Anyways.
