The illusion of space broken up with the small simulated strokes adds an amazing depth and illusion of space. The composition is a nice touch of asymmetrical balance with shapes and color that contrasts with the black and white planes of space.
Once again, Leonid has created a work of art that invites the viewer to take a longer look than your average "7 seconds". I find myself squinting at it trying to make out shapes and forms in the background and it has this surreal effect on my take of the work. Almost like it's breathing and living because of the expert use of light and color and his Impressionistic style of creating a composition.

Very nice direction. I love the subtle colors, but the "details" seem really lost in those wonderful textures and the colors don't seem to be unified very well.

I actually love this, it's my favorite picture from you! The hints of blue and gold are stunning, the way you paint is so free yet you're still able to get all the details, angels and highlights. This is just beautiful!

I always add your artworks to my folder 'Vibrant' because they are so bright, colorful and beautiful ^_^ Even though this one has black and white colors, it still is going to go to my Vibrant folder because of its unique combination of hues and shades
