The coloring technique is incredible here! The bubbles that are colored in a detailed way and have a beautiful contrast caught my eye first. They look almost real. O_o Then I think you did an amazing work with character's hairs that look polished.
I love you added so many different fish species there and that you gave them all individual poses. The setting of the fishes creates some depth into this pic. It looks way more interesting and balanced when the hem of the dress goes over of the edges of the pic.
The sad backstory adds a silent atmosphere here but this is also kinda dreamy.
