Description
I've been wanting to do a picture like this for a while now. Had fun with all the little objects in the foreground and background. Naruto's hair wasn't that much of a challenge, but it was really fun to do and I enjoyed adding the details to it.Done in Manga Studio ex 5 and Photoshop

Manga Studio is more simplified and personally easier to use for me than Photoshop. I mostly use Photoshop to edit the picture and give it a little more effectiveness that Manga Studio doesn't provide.
\I would say that Manga Studio is close to Paint Tool Sai also.
